How long do the products last?

Our rubber mats are infused with conductive carbon making the top of the mat completely conductive. This also makes them so durable that even if the mat gets cut or a slit going through the middle, as long as the popper is still attached the mat will still work perfectly. We have some customers that have had their mat for 8 years.

For the sheets we generally say anything from 18 months to 2 years. Having said this, if cared for delicately, we have had customers using the same sheet for 3 ½  years with no loss of conductivity.

If you are concerned your product isn’t working as it did when you first bought it, you can send it back to us and we will carry out a full report on your item with a Continuity Tester and Body Voltage Tester to check it is still working.
