- The second is with a Body Voltage Meter, this tester not only shows that the product is working but also you can see with your own eyes how much the voltage running through your body drops by on the digital screen.

The cable is 43ft long, plus the white cable that comes with the product which is 15ft so in total you will have a 58ft long cable to travel from the grounding rod to the product.
The grounding products will only work if the socket you are using is earthed, so it is important to know that the wall socket, adapter or extension lead you want to use is earthed. Legally properties in the US have to be earthed, however if you would still like to check for peace of mind you can do this with a Socket Tester. Not all countries have a legal requirement for properties to be earthed so if you are using your grounding products abroad we always recommend taking a socket tester and earthed travel adapter with you to test the socket you want to use.

The half sheet is a flat sheet that covers half the bed which we recommend being the bottom half of the bed so your feet are making contact with the sheet as they are the most receptive part of your body. The half sheet is great if you travel a lot as it fits almost any size bed and with the tuck either side of the sheet you can easily tuck the sheet under almost any mattress to secure in place. It also folds down very small and flat so great to pack in your suitcase.

Yes. Electric blankets do not interfere with the grounding process and the products can withstand the heat from an electric blanket. The only thing to make sure of is that you are still making direct skin contact with the grounding product.

The silver rod end of the cable should be connected into the earth slot of the wall socket only. It should not be connected into any other slot on the socket. If you are using an extension cord you need to ensure the cord is grounded. You can tell this by the number of slots on the cord - non-grounded cords will only have 2 slots. We will always try to recommend a product that would slot into your current lifestyle without having to make any major adjustments. In our experience we find the following to be the best solutions to introduce grounding as part of your routine:
- A fitted bed sheet or half sheet allows you to earth without even thinking about it. Once your sheet is fitted and connected you don’t have to change any part of your daily routine or lifestyle at all. Just slip into bed as you normally would and you’ll get a full 8 hours of earthed sleep.
- If you find you spend a lot of time at your desk working, reading in a chair or watching TV on the sofa the foot mat may be the best option for you. Simply rest your bare feet on the foot mat and continue with your work and/or reading as you normally would. If you prefer to wear socks, the grounding socks are designed to work in conjunction with the foot mat which can be found here. The feet are the most receptive part of the body due to having the most nerve endings per square inch so we always recommend trying to rest your feet on the mat rather than any other part of the body.
- If you are looking to target a specific area such as a knee injury, arthritis or a sprain/strain for example the bands and patches will help heal the affected area and bring down any inflammation. You can continue with your daily tasks whilst wearing the band or patches and they will target the specific area you want to work on. We don’t recommend sleeping with the bands or patches attached for safety reasons, so this is more for day time grounding. To continue grounding at night the fitted bed sheets or half sheets will help with this.
- If you suffer with respiratory issues or are an athlete looking to aid healing during your recovery time, we recommend the recovery bag. This is a sleeping bag style product with a zip which you can get inside meaning every part of your body is earthed giving the maximum output and benefits possible.

Not all countries have a legal requirement for properties to be earthed so if you are using your grounding products abroad we always recommend taking a socket tester and earthed travel adapter with you to test the socket you want to use for peace of mind. When testing the socket, especially in Europe, you may need to turn the socket tester upside down to find the ‘earth’.
To use the products in America simply discard the plug and slot the pin end of the cable directly into the USA wall socket. For any other country you will need to use an earthed adapter.
All of our US plugs are sent out with the live and neutral pins removed, only the earthing pin remains so electricity cannot flow from the wall socket. For additional peace of mind, all of our product cables have a 100 kohm resister built in so again electricity cannot flow.
They will both provide the same benefits, however there are different benefits to each depending on your set up.
- Connecting your product via a plug and socket is the easiest and most convenient way and because the products don’t need electricity to work, you can keep the sockets switched off. If you don’t have a socket nearby you can also use earthed extension leads to help get the best set up for you and your product.
- We highly recommend the grounding rod if you are electro sensitive, are camping or caravanning where you don’t have access to an earthed socket or would prefer to connect your product via a grounding rod as personal preference. The grey cable that comes with the grounding rod is armoured to withstand extreme weather conditions as well as being placed in a window or door frame and having the window or door opening and closing on it. The cable is 43ft long, plus the white cable that comes with the product which is 15ft so in total you will have a 58ft long cable to travel from the grounding rod to the product.
The grounding products will only work if the socket you are using is earthed, so it is important to know that the wall socket, adapter or extension lead you want to use is earthed. Legally properties in the US have to be earthed, however if you would still like to check for peace of mind you can do this with a Socket Tester. The silver rod end of the cable should be connected into the earth slot of the wall socket only. It should not be connected into any other slot on the socket. If you are using an extension cord you need to ensure the cord is grounded. You can tell this by the number of slots on the cord - non-grounded cords will only have 2 slots. The picture below shows the grounding slot of a standard US outlet and extension cord. If in doubt you can purchase one of our socket testers which will test whether your outlet is grounded.

The Continuity Tester is a small hand held device which will show if an area of the product has lost conductivity in which case you can try turning the product around and using a different part or side of the product or if the product is no longer conducting at all and you will need to buy a replacement.
- The second is with a Body Voltage Meter, this tester not only shows that the product is working but also you can see with your own eyes how much the voltage running through your body drops by on the digital screen.
Our rubber mats are infused with conductive carbon making the top of the mat completely conductive. This also makes them so durable that even if the mat gets cut or a slit going through the middle, as long as the popper is still attached the mat will still work perfectly.
